About

Nicole Frain,
I think it’s always hard to talk about yourself… what do people really want to know? So I will babble away and you can take from it what you like, or simply ask me more if your interested!

People would describe me often as a go getter, I speak my mind and I love a good discussion. I love to educate myself, and understand the things that I am talking about which can lead to many questions.

my areas of education include:
– Diploma in Financial Planning
– Diploma in Business
– currently completing my PT cert through AIPT

for the future:
– complete my Nutrition Course
– complete a marketing course
– complete a social media imaging course

I think that in the longer term enhancing your knowledge is always important, shows your willingness to learn and I love to be informed and trusted in what I know. With all the work I do I believe my goals in my education are achievable and beneficial to me they don’t have to be achieved quickly either, all in conjunction to living a balanced lifestyle.

I work for a supplement company; Bulk Nutrients and took this job up in October 2014, this role saw me start out through customer service and I now work in both this and some product Development more behind the ‘foodie’ options such as the Protein Pancakes and eventually protein balls! This is such a growing company and I love what they do so while I moved to the other end of the state for the job, which meant leaving my Little Ellie with my parents until I get settled and a place that houses her to, it has been well worth the move!

I have a few ways that I like to keep busy, from reading a good book, seeing the odd movie, a bit of travel (japan one day!) I love TV shows like Suits, Downton Abbey and anything cooking. I enjoy a coffee with a friend and love to visit my family but I love my downtime and personal time as well. I fill a lot of my time with cooking, and another patch of it with training!

As mentioned the completion of my PT course was more for the benefit of me rather then being a PT, I want to have the backing of my knowledge and I have always been active but know there is so much more to it than that. I enjoy weights, and I became more involved in this area when I was encouraged to compete by a friend and look more interest in my fitness, diet and health and that is where my healthy living, lifestyle and passion has all stemmed from. I have competed in 5 INBA comps, winning some, placing in others and nothing in some more. I take them all as personal growth and development and fitness modelling comps are a very judgmental and ‘on the day’ resulted sport.

As long as you are the best version of yourself that’s all that matters

Aside from all this obviously comes my passion of cooking and CleanTreats houses the bulk of this through my clean and healthy living rules! But it’s not always ‘clean’ so the blog was created to house not only clean recipes as well but discussions, workouts and naughty treats and meals! CleanTreats growth took me by surprise when I first started it in Nov 2012 and has grown rapidly since. Its a passion I will continue to grow and want others to know about as well as have more understanding.

All in all that’s me in a nutshell, I think!

I hope you enjoy what I post about and if you have suggestions, I’m all ears!

        Yes, it looks good now.
Level 2: Keep the post content as small that it is entirely readable without scrolling. Readers are lazy and will not scrolling. It may be adopted in future posts. You may check mine to get an idea. Also add context sensitive pic, it appeals in reading.

You have very few tags and so less chances for people to visit your blog. Update the existing posts with more tags. ensure count of tags+categories should not be more than 15.

Thanks! And thanks for following even if it’s not fully your thing! I know it’s not and as you can see I still love my cooking and hopefully you can get some inspiration from that component 🙂

      • There’s always something new to learn, especially when it’s not our “usual” filed.
I liked the recipes I’ve seen and I’m looking forward to your next posts. 🙂
