1c quick or whole oats
1 bottle of premix chocolate skinny protein mix*
Optional add ins: honey, fruits
* or 1c water/milk and 1-2 scoops skinny protein added after cooking
Combine your oats and skinny protein (or milk/water) and cook for two-three minutes on high in the microwave.
Stir well and add your protein if needed. Finish off with your toppings!
