1c quick oats
1c almond breezes almond milk
1/4c Sunbeam sultanas
1tbsp FoodToNourish ABC spread
1/4tsp cinnamon spice
Chocolate sauce to drizzle
Coconut sugar for dusting
Spoonful of FoodToNourish gingernut spread
1tsp seed mix (sunflower seeds, sesame etc)
1. Soak your oats for min. 30minutes in the water.
2. Stir in your almond milk and place it it he microwave for two minutes on high
3. Stir in all your ingredients and pour into your serving bowl.
4. Top with your delicious toppings to finish and enjoy
Options: Coconut for garnish. Top with stewed apples. Add protein powder. Add chocolate Into the oats just go nuts!
