Leg workout – arnold style

Taken from my friend who is doing the Arnold workout this was a tough one and leaves your hamstrings sore!

Squats – 5 sets – 8-12 reps

Straight legged dead lifts – 5 sets – 8-12 reps

Good mornings – 5 sets – 8-12 reps

Walking lunges – 5 sets – up and back of about 15m

Super set: seated leg curls with hamstring curls – 5 sets – 8-12 reps

calves – leg press machine – 10 reps, 10 sec rest, 9 reps, 9 sec rest etc to 1

seated calf machine 20 standard position, 20 toes out, 20 toes in. superset with 10 old duck squats and 20 fast duck squats

abs – 16minutes – straight 1minutes alternating from front plank, to side to side to back to front etc (three cycles)
