Macadamia Chocolate Fudgey Bites

I often do such complex recipes and sometimes I knwo that this can turn people of ever trying them for themselves. With all the health foods I use it can be an expensive feat to replicate the same thing! But ingredients are so interchangeable and you can sub one flour for another with a tiny bit of tweaking if you understand your ingredients properties (such as coconut flour being far ‘dyer’ than say almond meal)

This recipe is super simple and I will note at the end of the recipe any switches in ingredients you could try!

Store in the fridge and enjoy.

Changes:

Honey, rice malt, agave or any other syrup sweetener in place of maple.
Medjool dates over dried (just omit the soaking process)
cashews in place of macadamias.
