Leg workout (plus some abs)

I am trying a different concept with my training this week and completing basically all sessions like this. Initially I completed this and thought it wasn’t enough so I added the drop sets in which is an absolute killer!

5 sets of 8 reps of all of the following;
Leg extensions
Leg press
Squats
Horizontal leg press
Leg Curls

1set of each of;
5set drop set 8reps each drop
Leg extensions
Leg press
Squats
Horizontal leg press
Leg Curls

Abs – complete circuit 3times no rest between
30 ab rollers
15 weighted toe touches (5kg)
1min oblique plank with 10 sweep crunches
