Another leg session
Full of squats, lungs and a few days of pain!

Squats 5 sets (squeeze butt at the top of ever rep)
Squats with reverse lunges (5 sets – 5,4,3,2,1rep – 1rep is 5pulses and up)
Reverse lunges with butt squeezes – 3 sets – 10 rep lunges each leg interchanged with 1min butt squeeze
Straight leg deadlifts with 1min butt squeeze – 3 sets -10 rep dead lifts
Butt kickbacks – 1 set each leg – 10 reps low weight, up weight 10, up 10, down 10, down (lowest again) 10. Repeat on other leg
