Hopefully this one makes sense, it was hard and I am so sore today, and this was two days ago!

Wide arm bar seated rows – 5 sets 15,12,10,8,8
Lat pull down – close grip – 4 sets 10 slow 10 fast
Kat pulls with single arm cables – 4 sets -20 alt arms with 5 together
Seated ISO lat machine -3 sets – 10 reps
One armed row with oblique crunches – 5 sets – 15, 12,10,8,8 for row. 30 crunches each side
