Leg session

I did my legs this weekend, and ouch! I am still sore. But that’s what I love, and that’s why we train hard of course πŸ˜‰

Squats – 5 sets – 10 reps each standard

Squats – 5 sets – 3 position (close, standard and wide) 10 reps at each stance

Leg press – 5 sets – standard stance 10reps each

Leg press – 5 sets – 3 position (close, standard and wide) 10 reps at each stance

Walking lunges – 3 sets – weighted one way, unweighted back. With cross reverse lunges (unweighted) 16 reps with unweighted squats 3 position (close, standard and wide) 10 reps at each stance
