Back – rows

Basically a full Row workout! this is great for something different and is only 4 different exercise!

Wide grip lateral pull downs – 5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 reps

Wide grip lateral pull down with seated cable rows – 4 sets – 10-12 rep wide grip with 10 rep seated row

Seated cable row with bent over row – 4 sets – 10 slow row with 5 fast, 15, 12, 10, 10 rep bent over row

Bent over row with middle back row – 4 sets – 10 reps bent over row with 10 rep middle back rows

Middle back row – 4 sets – 10 rep single arm with 10 both arms
