Chest – Mid week

flat bench dumbbell press – 5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8 reps, last set: 10rep drop set (3drops)

Flat bench press with twist superset with cross body front raises – 5 sets – 10 rep press, 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 each arm raises

Incline flys – 4 sets – 5 reps with stretch and 10 quick reps

Seated cross body iso machine with iso machine press – 10 cross body each arm with 10 iso press. 4 sets

cable flys – 2 sets – 5x drop set 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 drop.
