Legs

Front squats – 4 sets – 10 reps

Back squats with reverse lunges – 3 sets 10 reps each and each leg

Leg pres – three position – feet close, feet wide (toes out), feet high and together (toes overhanging) 4 sets – 10 reps each

Straight legged dead-lifts with 1minute butt squeezes – 5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8

Straight legged dumbbell dead-liftsΒ  with seated hamstring curls – 4 sets 10 rep deads, 15rep curls

Standing kickbacks – 1 set – 5xdrop set – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 rep drops.
