Granola – 4 types

Granola, one of the best ways to start your day, or a quick snack. crunchy, delicious toasted goodness. Have on its own, with milk, yogurt or a crunchy topper! Here are four varieties that are sure to hit the mark on one of your taste preferences!

Peanut butter granolaPeanut butter with raisins & maple granola
Serves 3

Ingredients
1/2c whole oats
20g pecans chopped
20g peanuts chopped
20g Sunbeam Australian raisins
1/4tsp cinnamon
1/8tsp nutmeg
Pinch salt
1tbsp Pic’s PeanutButter no salt; smooth or crunchy
1/2tbsp coconut oil
1tbsp pure maple

Directions
1. Set your oven to180 and line a baking tray
2. Combine all your oats, nuts, spices and dried fruit in a bowl and toss.
3. Combine your peanut butter, coconut oil and maple in a cup and heat for thirty seconds in a microwave.
3. Combine the two together and toss.
4. Pour out onto your tray and spread thinly. Bake In the oven for about 15minutes.
Keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn’t burn. Ross if needed and cook till golden.
5. Remove from oven and allow to cool fully before storing in an airtight container in the pantry.

Coconut chia granola2Coconut chia granola
gluten free | nut free | | dairy free

Serves 3
Ingredients
1/2c puffed rice, quinoa or alt grain
1/4c coconut flakes
15g chia seed
25g cranberries
15g blueberries
3tsp coconut oil
2tsp coconut nectar
1/2tsp chai spice
1tbsp seeds (sunflower, pepitas)

Directions
1. Set your oven to180 and line a baking tray
2. Combine your grain, seeds, chai spice, chia, coconut and dried fruit into a bowl.
3. Combine your coconut nectar and coconut oil into a cup and heat for 30sec in the microwave. Stir to combine.
4. Combine the two together well.
5. Pour into your baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake for about 15minutes
6. Keep an eye on and ensure it won’t burn, toss if needed.
7. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the pantry.

Choc hazelnut brownie granola chunks3
Choc hazelnut brownie granola

serves: 3

Ingredients
1/2c whole oats
20g dates chopped
20g cranberries
15g walnuts chopped
15g hazelnuts chopped
1tbsp Crio Bruo cacao nibs
1tbsp Cocoa powder
1tbsp Pure Harvest COCO2 Choc hazelnut spread
1/2tbsp Pure harvest Rice malt
1/2tbsp coconut oil

Directions
1. Set your oven to180 and line a baking tray
2. Combine your oats, cacao nibs, Cocoa, nuts and dried fruit into a bowl.
3. Combine your COCO2, rice malt and coconut oil into a cup and heat for 30sec in the microwave. Stir to combine.
4. Combine the two together well.
5. Pour into your baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake for about 15minutes
6. Keep an eye on and ensure it won’t burn, toss if needed.
7. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the pantry.

Mocha granola

Mocha granola

Ingredients
1/2c whole oats
1tsp instant coffee
1tbsp Crio Bru cacao nibs
1tbsp brewed Crio Bru Cocoa
3tsp coconut oil
2tsp honey
20g cashews chopped
20g dates chopped

Directions
1. Set your oven to180 and line a baking tray
2. Combine your oats, cacao nibs, Cocoa, nuts and dried fruit into a bowl.
3. Combine your Honey, brewed coffee and coconut oil into a cup and heat for 30sec in the microwave. Stir to combine.
4. Combine the two together well.
5. Pour into your baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake for about 15minutes
6. Keep an eye on and ensure it won’t burn, toss if needed.
7. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the pantry.
