Lunchtime session

I think this will become a more frequent occurrence, a quick lunchtime session and its great to get you moving and out of your office chair!

2 rounds – 2minutes on each exercise with a 1minute break in between – work at 80-100%

medicine ball squats
row machine
skipping
assault bike
