Chest

flat bench smith machine press with incline flys – 4 sets – 1 1/2reps x 10 with 5 full reps. 10 rep flys – last set bench – 10 full reps, triple drop set.

Incline press – 3 sets – 8 reps (aim to go heavier)

Seated iso press, cross the body with pushups – 4 sets – 10 cross body press with 10 full reps. aim for 20 pushups

cable flys – 2 sets – triple drop set
