Chest and triceps

Flat bench press with dips – 5 sets – press; 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 reps. Dips: 5 slow and hold, 15 full quick (feet up on bench)

Flat bench dumbbell flys with single arm behind head extensions – 4 sets- 10-12 rep flys. 10 single arm extensions

Cross body raises with close grip incline pushups – 3 sets – 10 each side raises, 20 incline pushups slow and squeeze for first 10

cable flys with cable rope extensions – 5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 flys. drop set extensions 10/10
