Legs

Today was a smash session of squats, leg press and some calves. I woke up this morning and legs was the last thing I wanted to do, but I got it done, it felt great and they are all done until the weekend now!

Squats – 5 sets- standard – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 reps

Squats super set with reverse lunges – 4 sets – 10 rep squats with 10 reverse lunges each leg

Seated leg press with butt squeezes – 4 sets – 10 reps of leg press feet standard then feet wide. 1minute butt squeeze.

Leg press – ‘pooling’ – 5 sets – right leg only first – 10 reps each time. 30 sec rest between each. Between 1-2, 2-3 keep your foot on the press. repeat other side.

Leg press calves – 10 reps, 10 sec rest, 9 reps, 9 sec rest, 8 reps, 8 sec rest etc to 1

Seated leg extensions – 3 sets – 40 reps – 10 standard full, 10 lower half reps, 10 top half reps, 10 full.
