Leg workout

Back from Bali and stright back intot he gym! Time to work off my holiday ‘squish’! haha I did eat very well while in Bali, its really easy with allt he fresh seafood, salads and vegetable sides! But nothing like getting back into your routine to make you feel good again.

Seated hamstring curls – 4 sets – 10 reps slow, 5 fast

Seated leg extensions – 3 sets – 30 reps, a hold on every 10.

Squats – 4 sets – 10 legs close, 10 sumo

Leg press – standard width – 3 sets – 10 slow, 5 fast

walking lunges – 4 sets – walk up with weight, drop weight and lunge back (about 30 in total)

I completed with a quick 15minutes of HIIT bike training! and finished with my Bulk Nutrients Thermowhey chocolate shake!

It’s great to be back!
