I created these with Easter in mind, but of course they are a tasty, versatile and easy treat for any time of the year! Switch the ingredients to anything you like to suit your preference!
Fruit & Nut Clusters
50g dark organic choc
1/2tbsp coconut oil
1tbsp each of: goji berries, cranberries, coconut flakes
Additional: shredded coconut for topping
Melt your coconut oil and chocolate together then add all your fruits, flaked coconut and hazelnuts.
Drop ‘dollops’ onto some baking paper into cluster shape. Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top.
Place in the fridge to finish setting
