Seated Leg extensions – 4 sets – 15 reps, increase weight each time down to about 8 reps

Seated Leg extensions – 3 sets – single leg, 10 reps each leg then 5 reps both legs

Leg press – 4 sets – single leg 10 reps each leg and 5 both legs

Leg press – 3 sets – three positions: 10 reps feet standard, 10 reps feet wide and toes out, 10 reps feet high (toes over edge)

Hip abductors – both machines – with butt squeeze – 3 sets – 20 reps each machine (10slow, 10 quickly) and 1min butt squeeze
