Still my most popular recipe this cake is delicious, smooth creamy and naturally sweetened on the inside snickers layer, with a peanutty chocoalte base, topped with a a layer of dark organic chocoalte.. it all sounds just to naught doesn’t it?
This tasty treat is a great healthy alternative to naughtier snickers, cakes and slices and you can justify having your cake and eating it too! Naturally sweetened with medjool dates and no added sugar maple, the creamy consistency comes from the blended up soaked cashes for a dairy free filling. Provided you add your dairy free chocolate on top its an all round vegan, no added sugar, dairy free, raw delight!
The creamy consistency filling wouldn’t be achieved without the use of my purpose built food processor though! Thanks to Breville, I have a food processor that does just that for me. I have found in the past that I have overworked motors from the overworking of such processes but the Kitchen Wizz-15 Pro handles the task just fine! It even has a middle compartment within the large one for your smaller loads, but its still big enough that I can make a standard size cake for those special events and requests!
