Hamstrings and Lower Back

Laying hamstring curls – 4 sets of 10-12
Straight legged dead-lifts – 5 sets – 10, 12, 10, 8, 8
Seated hamstring curls – 3 sets- triple drop sets each time – 10 reps each drop
Leg press – feet standard width – 4 sets – 10reps
Lower back raises – ‘nos‘ set

abs – complete the following rotation three times, rest after the three exercises are completed
reverse plank 45sec, alternating heel touches 30 (15 each side), knee tucks 20
