Chia Raspberry and Coconut Swirl Protein Bites

Vegan, dairy free, raw, gluten free
Makes: 14x 25g swirls

Ingredients

Raspberry filling
40g cashews
1tbsp (15g) chia seeds
2tbsp (25g) almond meal
20g mulberries or cranberries
1tbsp almond milk
1tsp Coconut Magic Coconut Nectar
1tbsp freeze dried raspberries *
1tbsp melted coconut oil
1tsp vanilla essence
1/2scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder – I used BulkNutrients Vanilla Earth Protein*

Coconut filling
20g cashews
2tbsp (12g) coconut flour
4tbsp desiccated coconut
1tbsp melted coconut oil
1 1/2tbsp coconut cream (thick component)
1tsp Coconut Magic Coconut Nectar
1/2tbsp almond milk
1/2 scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder – I used BulkNutrients Vanilla Earth Protein*

Directions
1. Combine all your raspberry filling ingredients into a mini food processor and combine. Place into a bowl and set aside.
2. Combine all your coconut fillings into the processor and blend until combined add to another bowl.
3. Measure out about 12-13g of each filling. To create the swirl you need to take bits of each half of filling and simply later it together, don’t be to particular it can be rough then roll into a ball.
Done! Continue with the remaining filling.
4. Store in the fridge

Notes
*can use actual raspberries just remove the almond milk and add more coconut flour if to wet.

** can use other vanilla protein OR remove and up your flour component by that amount!

you can also use other sweeteners like rice malt, honey, agave and maple
