Peanut butter pumpkin chocolate cups
100g no added sugar or organic dark chocolate
Tsp coconut oil
50g pumpkin pie puree or puréed roasted pumpkin
1/4tsp (1g) maple sugar
1tsp 5g peanut flour
1tsp(10g) peanut butter
Combine your chocolate and coconut oil and melt. Place a thin layer into the bottom of your silicon molds and place I to the fridge (or freezer for quick setting) when you do this push some of the chocolate up the sides so that it will create a wall for the filling to sit in.
Combine all your filling ingredients. Stir well
Once your chocolate is set place your filling into the molds and re melt chocolate is needed, top with the rest of your chocolate. Tap the molds slightly so the chocolate settles
Place in the fridge to set!
I’m a bit late for Halloween but these are perfect coming into the cooler months in the states!
