As you may have noticed I have changed my workouts to a lot more high rep work, with a lot of sets. I think it is great to change it up, and so far my body is responding with complete soreness!
This workout being arms, so bis and tris, allow a little extra time!
superset – tricep dips with hammer curls – 10 sets, 10 reps each
superset – tricep rope extensions with dumbbell bicep curls – 10 sets, 10 reps each
superset – tricep dumbbell behind the head tricep extension with barbell bicep curls (elbows back)
**for all exercises try to increase weight after three sets
