Pumpkin spice latte protein bites
Makes 9 25g balls
100g pumpkin cooked
5g coconut oil melted
60g 1/2c almond flour
30g 1/4c coconut flour
60g Bulk Nutrients mocha WPI (2scoops)
1tsp Chai spice or a combination of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and ginger
1-2tsp brewed Rebel Coffee
Bake your pumpkin with some coconut oil.
Allow to cool.
Combine everything into the food processor and blend till combined if a bit wet add more almond meal or coconut flour roll through desiccated coconut
