I felt like I haven’t made many treats for a little while, I have but not new ones!
I also made some Oreo peanut butter cups for a special order the other day as well, I will share those in the coming week!
So I had a request for some dairy free recipes, so this one is it! I used BulkNutrients Thermowhey which has virtually no lactose but you can use any protein to suit your needs – or just sub it for almond meal!
Raw Cranberry cocoa coconut balls – Dairy free
1tsp vanilla essence or bean paste
15g BulkNutrients ThermoWhey vanilla (1/2 scoop)
2tbsp almond milk
35g soaked cranberries – soak for half hr.
2tbsp coconut flour (20g)
20g almond spread
1/2tbsp cocoa (5g)
Combine everything into a food processor and blitz until combined, it a little dry and more almond milk or water.
Roll into 6 20g balls and roll in desiccated coconut.
Store in the fridge, if they last that long!
