Incline bench press – 4 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8

Incline bench press – 2 sets – triple drop set

Flat bench overhead extensions with flat bench flys- 12 extensions, 10 flys

Incline bench dumbbell press with flat bench flys – 4 sets – press 15, 12, 10, 8 reps. flys – 10 slow and stretch with 5 quick

Incline press – 2 sets – triple drop set

Standing cross body raises – 2 sets – 20reps

Cable flys – 7 sets – 8 reps – 30sec rest in between each

20minutes HIIT on the bike

Done!
