Shoulder workout

I have been terribly slack at blog posts lately. Sometime life just gets in the way.
From my personal competition prep, cooking orders, training, working, finding a house, and everything in between it seems like there hasn’t been enough hours in the day and before I now it I am shutting my eyes to another day again.

My competition prep is going well, although I will admit that my stress levels may have plays a large influencing factor in my conditioning I am confident I will reach my goal. I have and will remain on track, and excitement for the show urges me forward.

Last night I trained shoulders. I have been slack with postings of workouts of late due to being back with training with Kieran, this has meant different training times and some new methods of training. They are good!

Shoulders

Seated shoulder press -5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8
Shoulder raises with dumbbell upright row – raises- 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 and upright row – 10-12reps each time
Standing shoulder raises – 4 sets – 80, 60, 40, 20 reps
Laying rear delt raises superset with seated rear delt flys – 4 sets – laying sides – 40, 30, 20, 10 reps. flys – 10 reps each time
side cable raises – 4 sets – 10-12 reps each
