squats – drop set – 1 drop set

squats superset with reverse lunges – 4 sets – 10 squats, 10 lunges each leg

Split squats superset with high step ups – 4 sets – 10 on each leg

Slit squats -4 sets – Do 10Β squat pulses staying low and complete 5 full split squats

Calves – seated calf raises – 10 holds, 10 quickΒ  with standing raises – 10 holds and 10 quick
