Leg Workout

Squats (heels elevated) with straight legged dead lifts – 4 sets – 10 reps

Alternating leg step ups with 1 1/4 dumbbell squats (pause and hold at the top of the quarter rep) – 4 sets – 10 step ups each leg, 10 squats

laying leg curls – ‘nos’ set

hamstring kickbacks – 3 sets – 10 reps each leg

hamstring kickbacks – drop set

calves – on the leg press machine – 10 reps, 10 sec rest, 9 reps, 9 sec rest, 8 reps, 8 sec rest etc to 1.

I then completed 17minutes of HIIT training on the exercise bike
