bent over rows with bent over one arm-long bar rows – 4 sets – 10 slow and holds with 5 quick reps

Bent over row – 1 set – triple drop set

Deadlifts – 4 sets – 10-12reps

one arm dumbbell row with middle back raises – 4 sets- rows – 10 slow (drop the shoulder) with 5 quick. 10-12 rep raises

one arm dumbbell rows – 2 sets – triple drop set

wide grip lateral pulldowns with close reverse grip pulldowns – 4 sets – 10 reps with each

I finished with a 40minute incline walk πŸ™‚
