Chest Workout + some abs

I feel like I haven’t done chest in ages!! I only did a mini session of it last week, so I guess my feelings are somewhat correct. Chest is a great feeling though, it makes me feel strong and generally always sore! πŸ™‚

Dumbbell bench press 5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8

Dumbbell flat bench flys with across body dumbbell raises – 4 sets – 10-12 reps on each arm

Incline bench press – 1rep = 1 pulse, 1 full rep. Complete 10 of these reps, finish with 5 full reps – complete twice.

Incline bench press – 2 sets – 10-12 reps

Incline bench press – 2 sets – triple drop sets Β -10 reps each drop

Isolated seated chest press across the body with isolated seated chest press – 4 sets – complete 10 reps each arm of the across body, with 10 reps of the straight chest press.

Cable flys – 3 sets – drop set – 10 reps each drop (focus on squeezing) finish with 5 quick reps.

Abs:

complete the following abs circuit three times:

40 medicine ball twists, 15 toe touches, 30 laying ankle touches, 20 each side oblique crunches (standing with weight)
