Arm workout

This became a bigger workout than I realised, once I wrote it down and observed it! It was great though πŸ™‚ I finished it with a 40min incline walk. If you are interested I set my incline to 7 and walk at a speed of approx. 8.34km/phr

Dips 4 sets, 10-12 reps

dumbbell flat bench tricep extensions with bench dips – 4 sets, 10 reps each

Overhead dumbbell tricep extensions with standing bent overt tricep extensions- 5 sets, 15, 12, 10, 8, 8

cable tricep extensions with single arm bicep curls – triceps-10 slow, 5 blows. Curls-12 reps – 4. Sets

incline bench 1 1/2rep bicep dumbbell curls with seated dumbbell hammer curls – 4 sets, 10-12 reps

spider curls with standing hammers – spiders:15, 12, 10, 8, 8. Hammers: 12 reps
