Tonights leg session was a great one, I havent done legs since last friday, so this has been one of my biggest breaks in between!
Squats – 10 feet close together, 10 feet ide – 4 sets
Squats superset with split squats – 10 squats, 10 split squats each leg – 4 sets
Reverse lunges superset with weighted step ups superset with thrusters – 20 reverese lunges (total), 10 step ups each leg really squeeze at the top!, 12 thursters again squeeze at the top!
Walking lunges super set with calves – aprox 16 lunges with heay weight, drop weight and lunge back. for calves do holds – 10 feet straughtm 10 toes pointing in, 10 toes pointing out, 10 with heels on the support. do 4 sets
