Leg Workout

Squats 5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8

Squats – triple drop set – once

Squats superset with reverse lunges – 4 sets – squat 1 rep= 3 low pulses one full rep. complete 5 reps with 20 split squats (10 each leg). next d 4 reps squats then 3 then 2.

Straight leg dead lifts – 5 sets – 10 reps

Laying leg curls – 5 sets, 15, 12, 10, 8, 8.

Donkey kicks – 4 sets – 10 reps each leg
