Leg Workout

As promised here is my leg workout from last night! A great way to start my week, but at the same time equally glad it is over!

Squats – 5 sets of 10 reps

Squats superset with walking lunges – 4 sets – 10 rep squats – lunges the length of the gym (approx 16) with weights then drop the weights and lunge back without

Squats – 3 sets – drop sets – 10 reps each drop

Thrusters – 5 sets – 1rep=1 thrust with a 10sec hold. complete 1, then 8, then 6, then 4 with 10 single thrusts then 2 with 10 single thrusts and a 10se hold.

Bulgarian lunges Β – 4 sets – 10 lunges each leg
