Cranberry coconut protein bites
Something a little different to the normal chocolate and dates!
1c cranberries (100g)
1/2c cashews (55g)
1c desiccated coconut (75g)
1scoop Bulk Nutrients vanilla WPI or30g almond meal
1tbsp organic honey (20ml)
2tbsp cashew butter or alternative nut spread
1/4c milk or choice-I used almond
Add everything to a food processor, blitz up and roll into approx. 15, 25g balls!
Leave as is or till through coconut! Yum
