Incline Bench press- 5 sets – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 reps

Incline bench press – 1rep= 3 pulses and 1 full finish with 5 full reps. complete 5 sets – first 5 reps 5full, then 4 reps 5full then 3 reps 5 full, then 2 reps 5full Β and complete a drop set on your 5th set

Flat bench press – 3 sets – 15, 12, 10 reps

Flat bench press – 2 sets – triple drop set – 8-10 reps each time.

Incline flys superset with cross body raises – 4 sets – 12 reps for flys with 20 reps for cross the body

Flat bench press with feet up – 3 sets – triple drop set
