Do you love bounty bars, but the naughty kind? Well this is the clean recipe 🙂
They are extra cocnutty with a thin coating of no added sugar chocolate. Try these as a treat 🙂
This recipe only makes about 4 treats, so double, triple it to suit!
2tbsp coconut flour
4tbsp desiccated coconut or flakes
2 medjool dates, diced
4tbsp coconut cream
2tbsp coconut oil
about 50g no added sugar chocolate and a tsp coconut oil.
Place everything into a food processor and blend until well combined.
Place into the freezer to cool. Melt your chocolate and coconut oil and dip our balls into the melted chocolate. I find this easiest to do by placing the ball onto a skewer and dipping it in. Place on baking paper until set and store in the fridge. YUM!
