Incline flys superset with cross overs – flys: 15, 12, 10, 8, 8 Crossovers: 20 reps (5sets)

Flat bench Flys superset with pullovers – 10 flys with 5 press (5sets). pullovers 15, 12, 10, 8, 8

decline bench press – 4 sets of 12 reps – 5th set a triple drop set

incline bench press – 15, 12, 10 – drop set
