Back Workout

A fantastic back session tonight, you to should give it a go;

Chin ups – 4 sets of max each time

closed grip lateral pull downs – 4 sets – 10 slow and extend at the top with 5 pumps

close grip lateral pulldowns 1 set to failure

Close grip reverse lateral pull downs superset with rope cable rear delt rows – 5 sets – 10 reps for reverse grip, 15, 12, 10, 8 ,8 for rope rows.

Isolated high low row machine – 10 single arms with 5 fulls. repeat 3 times. 4th time do till failure both arms

barbell bent over rows – 15, 12, 10, 8, 8

finished!
