Leg workout

Squats superset with split squats 4 sets of 10 reps each

Leg press – single leg – 3 sets – 10 reps each leg followed by 7 two leg reps

Leg press – 4 sets – feet in three positions – shoulder width and at the top, sumo with toes pointed out and shoulder width standard – 10 reps each

Laying leg extensions – 2sets of increase sets (triple) 2sets of drop sets (triple) – 10 reps at each drop/increase

donkey kicks – ‘nos’
