Chest and Triceps

It’s nice to change it up sometimes, not just the same back, chest, shoulders etc. Earlier this week I did back and biceps, now its chest and triceps!

Β Incline bench press – 3 sets – 10x 1 1/2reps with 5 full blows at the end

incline bench press – 2 sets – 10 reps

Flat bench press – Pyramid – 15, 12, 10, 10, 12, 15

Dumbbell incline press with flys with pushups – 3 sets – 10 press, 10 flys – up to 15 pushups

Single arm Behind head tricep extensions superset with close grip tricep press – 3 sets – 10 extensions each arm, 15-20 reps for press.

tricep machine drips – 5 sets – 15, 12, 10,8, 8

Trcipe rope extensions – 3 sets – each set; 8 reps far out, step in, 8 reps, step in 8 reps
