Leg workout – lot of squats

Standard squats – 4 sets of 20 reps

Standard squats superset with Bulgarian Lunges – 5 sets – reps decreasing from 15, 12, 10, 8, 8

Heels elevated squats superset with step ups – 3 sets of 10 reps of each

Thrusters superset with walking lunges – 3 sets – 20 reps of thrusters with about 20 walking lunges.
