Arm Workout

Tricep dips – 3-4 sets – 15,12,10,10 reps

reverse grip tricep cable curls superset with rope tricep extensions – reverse grip 10 slow and squeeze, 5 fast. rope 15 standard speed – 4 sets

rope behind the neck tricep extensions – 10 slow and squeeze at the top, 3-5 fast. – 4 sets

single arm tricep kickbacks – nos set  (see post on terms)

rope bicep curls – 10 slow and squeeze at top, 10 fast. – 4 sets

Preacher curls – 7 bottom half, 7 top half, 10 full – 3 sets

incline bench bicep curls 1 1/2 reps for 10 reps in total superset with seater hammer curls for 15 reps – 4 sets
