This was a requested recipe on my CleanTreats Facebook page! And perfect dessert for the winter months to warm you right up! With less of the guilt than the normal sugar laden chocolate puddings.
I served this mixture up for one, but my taste tester suggested serving two when you add some berries and other toppings it is big.. But depends how hungry you are 😉
You will need;
3 medjool dates soaked for 1hr
1tbsp almond milk or alternative
1.5tbsp no added sugar maple syrup
Tsp melted coconut oil
3.5tbsp almond meal or alternative
Additional diced medjool date
Preheat your oven 180 degrees Celsius
In a small hand processor blend all your wet ingredients then combine your dry ingredients into it. Add your additional date (I added for a chewy addition but you could leave out)
Pour into your ramekins and place into oven. Cook for 10-12mins (depending on how gooey you want! 😍
Serve with berries and honey Greek yogurt, or shredded coconut on top!
