Leg Workout

I’m sitting on the couch, approx. 1hr and 45minute since this workout completed tonight. and my legs hurt, a lot.. I don’t know if I will be able to make it to bed tonight.. I might need to sleep on the couch, because they hurt too much to walk at moment.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you…


Leg Workout

  1. Squats – 1 rep = 3 pulses and stand on the 4th. Do 5 reps, then 4, then 3, 2, 1.
  2. Squats – 12 pulses
  3. Squats – 12 full squats
  4. Reverse Lunges with large step ups – 20 reps of both (10 on each leg) for the step ups, do one leg at a time. complete 3 sets of this.
  5. Split squats – 5 sets. 1st set = 15 reps, 2nd set = 12 reps, then 10, 8, 8.
  6. walking lunges – a space to do approx 16-18 lunges required. do one length with weights, then drop the weights with no rest and lunge back without weights – do this 3 times.
  7. walking lunges – same as above, up with weights, back without weights, lastly do one more length staying low the whole time.


Now you know why I can’t move..
