Leg Workout

Seated Hamstring curls superset with leg extensions. – 4 sets. first 3 sets on leg extensions 40 reps, hold on every 10. final set straight through 4 reps. seated curls do 30 reps each time.

Squats – ‘nos’ – 3 sets of 8 reps increasing weight each time with a 30 sec rest in between. do a 4th set which is 8,8,8,8 back to back, no rest in between dropping the weight after each 8.

Thrusters superset with leg press – 10 thrusters. leg press – 10 high fee and 10 normal – repeat 4 times

laying leg curls – 4 sets of 12 reps

laying leg curls – 2 sets of triple drop sets.
