Chest Workout

Incline dumbbell flys superset with incline dumbbell bench press – 12 flys, 10 presses. repeat 4 times.

Incline bench press on the smith machine – 1 1/2 reps repeated 5 times, followed by 10 full reps.

Incline bench press on the smith machine – ’21’ (7 bottom half, 7 top half, 7 full) repeat twice.

Isolated machine chest press superset with overhead extensions – 10 extensions with 20 machine presses – 3 times

Isolated machine chest press – triple drop set (15, 25, 25) – repeat twice
